Step 1: Planning Your Pool Enclosure
The first step in building your own pool enclosure is to accurately measure your pool. Regardless of the pool’s shape, a square or rectangular enclosure will provide ample room for poolside activities.
Choose a design that complements your outdoor landscaping decor. Once you have a design in mind, send them to us and we will tailor-make the swimming pool enclosure kit according to your design and measurements.
Step 2: Purchasing Your Pool Enclosure Kit
Before purchasing, consider the following questions:
How much am I willing to spend on this project?
Which design do I want for my pool enclosure?
Do I have the materials and tools I need to complete the project.
It’s important to compare prices as costs may vary depending on the company, type of pool, and size of the pool. Once you’ve made your choice, place your order. The company will custom-make the swimming pool enclosure to suit your pool and ship the kit to you for at-home assembly.
Step 3: Preparing the Ground
Upon receiving your kit, start by measuring the exact areas where you want to install the poles as per the manual’s instructions.
Mark these spots on the ground using a marker. Use a hole-digger to dig the holes.
This step is crucial as it lays the foundation for your pool enclosure.
Step 4: Installing the Poles in the Ground
Place the poles in the holes in an upright position. Pour a mixture of concrete and water to fill up the hole, ensuring the pole is tightly placed. Repeat this process for all the holes.
Allow the concrete to dry completely before proceeding, which may take around 2 to 3 days.
For a smoother finish, use a shovel to spread the concrete evenly around the holes.
Step 5: Installing the Screen Wire and The Pool Enclosure Kits
With the poles securely fixed, roll out the screen wire and fix it on the outer surface of the poles using metal screws. Ensure that the screen is secured well by using two screws on the top and another two on the bottom.
While doing this, remember to leave an open area for entry into the pool. After this, install the screen that you want to use for the enclosure of your pool. Your pool enclosure is now ready for use.
